A Garaventa Lift home elevator can fit in a space as small as approximately 4'3" × 4'8" (51½" × 56½") , depending on the elevator configuration and project requirements. Our team can review your available space and help determine the right configuration for your home.
Yes. A home elevator can be incorporated into many existing homes as well as new construction. The available space, floor layout and structural requirements will help determine the best elevator location and configuration for the project.
The Elvoron is available with either a hydraulic or an in-line drive system. The hydraulic system uses a compact drive cabinet located outside the hoistway. The in-line system is a machine-room-less design with most drive components located within the hoistway, making it a space-saving option for many homes.
The Garaventa Lift home elevator can serve up to 6 stops with a travel distance of up to 50 ft (15.2 m) , depending on the project configuration.
Garaventa Lift home elevators are available with several door configurations, including traditional swing doors with an accordion car gate, an automatic sliding car door with swing landing doors, and fully automatic side-sliding car and landing doors.
